Q.  How do I order?

A.  It's very simple.  First, choose an option that suits your needs, then click on the "Order Now" button.  This will take you to PayPal where you can make your payment.  After payment you will automatically be brought to a confirmation page where it will ask you a few basic questions about the type of design you are looking for, such as color, size, images, etc.  If you are NOT brought to a confirmation page after payment please contact us right away by click here.

Q.  What is your average turnaround time?

A.  The average turnaround time is usually 3 - 7 working days.

Q.  What happens if I'm unhappy with the finished product?

A.  You receive unlimited revisions for 30 days - we will work until our designs fit YOUR specification - not the other way around, and we certainly don't charge extra for revisions, unlike some designers!

Q.  How do you deliver the finished product?

A.  Once your designs have been completed we will send you a link to a zip file where you can download your graphics.

Q.  Do I receive the original .PSD files?

A.  No, to protect our intellectual property we don't provide the original source files to graphics.  However if you MUST have the original .PSD files you can purchase them from us for an additional $47.  Please contact us for details.
